Ensure Bookkeeping Solutions provides all plan services digitally via the Internet, with delivery completed within 1 to 7 business days from the date the order is placed.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with our services, we offer a refund. Refunds will be processed within 30 working days and can be issued as either credits to your account or direct deposits to your bank account.

To request a refund, you must provide:

  • The order details.
  • A clear explanation of the reason for the request.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit or debit card). For any disputes or issues related to services, refunds will only be made after proper review and approval.


Circumstances for Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations may be issued under the following circumstances:

    • If services are not delivered due to mailing issues or technical problems, claims must be submitted to our Billing Department in writing within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date. Failure to contact us within this period will result in the product being considered delivered.

    • If you experience problems accessing your purchased services, claims must be submitted to our Technical Support Department within 30 days. Failure to notify us within this time frame will be considered successful access, with no further eligibility for a refund.
  3. Major Defects or Errors in Services:
    • If a service contains significant defects, please report it to our Technical Support Team. We will resolve the issue within 72 hours. If we fail to resolve the defect within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued, or a replacement of equal value will be provided.
    • Temporary access to your system may be required to diagnose and correct the issue. Failure to grant access in a timely manner may delay the resolution and eligibility for a refund.
  4. Service Not As Described:
    • If the delivered service does not match the description provided at the time of purchase, claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Evidence must be provided to substantiate your claim. Refunds will not be issued for complaints based on false expectations or personal preferences.

Exclusions

  • Refunds are not applicable for services that have been fully delivered and approved by the customer.
  • Claims made after 30 days from the service delivery date will not be considered.
